A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC HELPER - INVENTORY SPECIALIST

This apprenticeship typically works Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.

As an HVAC Helper - Inventory Specialist, you support multiple aspects of our day-to-day operations. In this dynamic role, you're responsible for receiving incoming deliveries, verifying their accuracy, and coordinating the loading of materials into the appropriate areas of our warehouse. You're also in charge of logistics, ensuring that parts and materials are delivered promptly to job sites so our skilled technicians always have what they need to get the job done right. You play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of our warehouse operations, from managing inventory cycles to maintaining our facilities.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC HELPER - INVENTORY SPECIALIST

• Basic knowledge about HVAC systems and electrics
• Knowledge of warehouse management and distribution software
• Experience working with contractors and vendors
• Computer experience, including email and Google Drive
• Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
