Hvac Foreman/ Lead Installer

Responsibilities:
-Foreman of a large scale mixed commercial use HVAC project. Lead and coordinate crew of 4-20 mechanics and apprentices. Attend project coordination meetings. Assist in scheduling and ordering of material. Work with the project manager to design, install and commission entire projects. Lead, direct, work alongside a team of mechanics to complete large phased projects.

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
- Install and connect HVAC components, including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical wiring
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and make any necessary adjustments
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or Service Technician
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC/R systems
- Familiarity with boilers, property maintenance, air conditioning units, and appliance repair
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
