SalaryDixie Land Energy is an exciting and growing company that offers a comfortable family-style work environment. We are expanding our HVAC department and looking for an outgoing, intelligent, and motivated administrative assistant.
Primary Duties
Heavy volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Route calls to appropriate staff member.
Schedule technician appointments.
Input work orders/invoices, and other clerical responsibilities.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Must have direct Customer Service experience.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as a team member
Able to quickly develop a rapport with all stakeholders.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with HVAC systems
Familiarity with Cargas or similar system.
Required Education: High school or equivalent
Required Experience: Customer service: 3 years
Job Type: Full-time, On Site
Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience.
