HVAC/Controls Sales Engineer
My client is actively seeking to add an HVAC/Controls Sales Engineer to the team.
- The primary responsibility for this position is to sell both new commercial HVAC/Controls design build and project retrofits.
- Types of Projects: Mechanical and Building Automation, Service Retrofits, Design Build Retrofits
- Territory –Northern New Jersey and New York City
- Prospecting and networking outside the client base for referrals to develop qualified leads for Retrofits, Building Automation upgrades, and Design Build Projects.

Qualified applicants will have the following:
- 3+ years HVAC/ Building Automation Controls system Sales experience
- Calling on engineers and mechanical contractors in the N NJ & NYC area
- Managing commercial accounts
- Build & Establish relationships
- Excellent time management skills
- Work well with staff and individually
- Written and verbal communications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Time management and organization
- Desire to grow and learn new technologies
