Are you ready to join a dynamic team in revolutionizing incident and risk management within the intellectual disability service system? We're seeking a skilled individual to support the incident and risk management systems within the Office of Developmental Programs
(ODP). Join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities while spearheading statewide initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will serve as the risk management lead for the ODP and devise strategies to reduce adverse events, ensure participant safeguards, and enforce regulatory compliance. As a lead for quality management assurances, you'll develop and manage systems, provide consultation to service providers, and conduct investigations to uphold the highest standards of care. You will develop as well as manage systems and policies as they relate to incident and management, including data analysis and review. Some of your duties will include:
- Serving as a subject matter expert for incident and risk management
- Interpreting and enforcing ODP regulations, standards, and policies
- Utilizing case management systems for research and record review
- Assisting with the coordination of complaint and incident investigations
- Reviewing, evaluating, and approving risk and incident management reports
- Developing and conducting statewide trainings
- Extracting statewide data for risk management analysis
- Managing incident reporting and detection applications

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. You are required to report to the office in Harrisburg one (1) day per month. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
