As one of the fastest growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we are looking for an experienced HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of department.
• Must be self-starter.
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Organize employee files and box old or terminated files.
• Complete facility payroll by ensuring all timecards are approved and that trial registers are correct.
• Provides basic information by answering questions and requests regarding benefits, time cards, HRIS access and facility access.
• Completing separation notices for terminated employees.
• Keep proper I9 documentation and records.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
• A minimum of (3) three years of administrative assistant experience is required.
• Human Resources experience preferred.
• Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Share-point.
• Occasional overtime (as needed).
