Duty Locations - Cincinnati, OH; Buffalo, NY; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Huntington, WV; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; or Pittsburgh, PA - The selected applicant must report to either LRD HQ or, one of the district offices.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Providing strategic direction on topics to attract and retain highly qualified candidates. Reviewing organizational requirements and/or conducting studies in order to identify staffing trends, anticipate vacancies, and retention deficiencies to develop short and long-range plans. Provides oversight and strategic direction of outreach, recruitment, retention, onboarding, and acculturation activities.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
