Position Overview: We are in search of a passionate and dynamic Human Resources Specialist who embodies our core values. In this role, you will be pivotal in cultivating a positive work environment, administering our HR policies and practices, and nurturing a sense of community both internally and externally. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Leader, you will have the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of activities, including talent acquisition, associate benefits management, culture and engagement initiatives, onboarding and termination processes, and utilization of HRIS.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage all aspects of the hiring process, from crafting job postings to conducting candidate interviews and extending offer letters, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive experience for all applicants and hiring managers.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee a comprehensive range of tasks related to associate benefits, including communication strategies, education, and administration.
- Onboarding & Separation: Assist in facilitating seamless onboarding experiences and support processes related to employee exits.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive and support initiatives that foster a culture of positivity, inclusivity, collaboration, and high morale throughout the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR practices and procedures to better align with business objectives.

Requirements:- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an HR support role, particularly in recruiting and interviewing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with acute attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
