Pay Rate: $34 to $40 per hour on a W2 non benefitted contract
Job Description:
· This Project Coordinator will help manage the intake and prioritization process for small to medium work efforts, through facilitating meetings and collecting updates from across teams.
· Jira is the tool used for workflow.
· This role will also help collect Resource plans in an Excel spreadsheet template.
· The portfolio of work is HR and Payroll, and the systems being worked on by the team are Workday and ADP Payroll.
· Functional HR and Payroll knowledge would be useful but not required.
· The qualified candidate should have strong communication skills, willingness to partner across teams, and strong organizational skills.
Skills Needed:
· Strong Excel skills are required.
· Familiarity with Jira for managing work items is required.
· Familiarity with Planview Portfolios is preferred.
· Workday and ADP pluses.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
