Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to oversee the billing process for internal and external billing records
What You'll Do
- Collaborate between internal departments and external organizations, including accounts, customers, and third party institutions
- Tracking incoming and outgoing invoices
- Managing payment softwares
- Track overdue payments and follow up on overdue invoices
- Specializing in accounts receivable, customer service, and account reconciliation
- Pay customer/vendor invoices
- Monitor and track internal expenses
- Reporting for sales team and operations team
- Manage and organize incoming emails directed towards billing department

- Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

- Ability to be self-sufficient, while also able to communicate effectively
- Understanding of warehouse and transportation management

Education and Experience
- Experience with Billing Software, Quickbooks or other relevant software
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
