Bachelor s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years experience. Responsible for establishing, coordinating, and administering all purchase agreements/contracts with Vendors and for assigned material and services. Assist in the development of technical and contractual terms and conditions. Review and recommend approval of all contract changes, including financial.
Position Requirements:
- Hybrid role. Minimum two days per week in office (Wednesday is a department core day). Other days may be worked from home.
- Core Accountabilities: Purchasing. Order tracking. Order expediting. Reporting. SPOC for a specific construction program for client. Other responsibilities as needed.
- Supporting a specific construction program and other responsibilities related to Procurement and Supply Chain as needed.
- Day to Day Responsibilities: Review reorder notices. Create purchase orders. Confirm open orders. Populate estimated delivery dates. Report on material statuses. Field expedite requests. Single Point of Contact for the Supply group for this program s needs. Support various Supply Chain tasks for the Procurement team as needed.
- Main Skills Needed: Procurement and supply chain experience. Excel fluency. Organized and attentive to multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Specific Experience: Purchasing experience, not necessarily in the energy sector
- Technical Skills: All Office programs (Excel. Word. PPT. Outlook. Teams, etc). Asset Suite or Oracle
- 2+ years of experience
- Education: College graduate or technical certifications like CPSM from Institute of Supply Management or 5+ years industry experience
