We are looking for a superstar HR & Payroll Manager who is directly responsible for company payroll processing and day-to-day operations of human resource functions, carrying out responsibilities in departmental training and development, employee health and wellness programs, benefits compensation, organization development, employment recordkeeping and development and maintainence of the human resource and training database.
Work Experience
Skill in database management and recordkeeping
General knowledge of employment laws and practices
Specific knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting methods and procedures
Ability to evaluate, calculate, interpret, analyze and edit accounting information
Ability to work with confidential information
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Ability to multi task, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Benefits

60K-75K Salary
