Job Duties
- Filing
- Scanning documents
- Assist with answering phones.
- Respond to Emails
- Continual walking to the warehouse to collect cert documents.
- Faxing
Responsibilities:
- Ability to sort/ file all documents alphabetically correct daily.
- Scanning Documents in Correctly to the EPDS system to the assigned Lot number and, to look up requested documents from customer/ sales representative.
- Assist with answering phones.
- Pulling necessary certs that may not have been uploaded into the system/ error or corrupted files.
- Ability to push or pull file box on shelves from older files up to 25lbs-30lbs.
- Ability to work independently.
- Maintain a Tidy desk area
