We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the team at American Process Management (APM). APM uses proprietary processes to bring real-time analytics and financial analysis to large-scale projects ranging from $100 million to over $4 billion in total cost.
Responsibilities
- Assist management in updating policies and handbooks to meet the needs of a growing company
- Provide employee relations and situational guidance to APM managers
- Serve as a resource and point-of-contact for HR inquires from the APM team
- Audit to ensure accurate payroll, deductions, and PTO accruals/balances
- Research and ensure company compliance with state policies
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
