Company Description

Our client is seeking a part-time Human Resources Manager to join their team. Weekly hours would range depending on business needs. This opportunity is remote but will need to go into the office once a month to meet with the executive team. There is a high preference for the consultant to be Southern California based.

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities

For the 50+ employees in North America, you will lead the HR operations and ensure the processes are in place (local guidelines and engagement activities)

Link and translate strategy to P&O operations, activities, and projects

Ensure commercial success through great leadership and people engagement

Ensure alignment and consistency of HR processes and policies

Build on and improve existing core foundation and standards to make the organization an even greater place to work

Drive development activities (promoting and trainings in the leadership principles, values, global mentoring program, career paths etc.)

Required:

BA or BS Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline

8+ years of progressive HR experience with most aspects of HR disciplines.

Solid HR generalist background, particularly within HR operations, employee relations, US employee/labor law, regulations and best practice (preferred)

Ideally with a track record of leading an HR functions or worked as a senior HRBP in smaller scale up company or larger fast-paced company in growth

Experience from working in a multi-cultural, international company is considered a plus.
