Vident Asset Management is searching for a Human Resources Manager to join our team locally in the Alpharetta area. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the COO/CFO of a dynamic and growing team.

We traditionally partner with institutional investors, asset managers, and the wealth management firms to Bring Investment Ideas to Life.
What you’ll do:
- Employee Administration
- Manage change in employee details, including PTO, compensation, healthcare, both internally and with external partners.
- Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent (college outreach experience a plus)
- Oversee hiring process including conducting interviews, generating offer letters, and onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs
- Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and facilitate resolution
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment
- Conduct exit interviews
- Performance Management and Development
- Implement performance review programs and provide guidance to management on performance improvement strategies
- Monitor and evaluate performance appraisal programs
- Identify, evaluate and implement training programs and initiatives
- Compensation and Benefits Administration
- In partnership with our PEO provider, oversee administration of employee benefit programs
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in benefits administration
- Communicate benefits information to employees, manage the open enrollment process
- Oversee and maintain compensation program in coordination with COO/CFO
- HR Metrics and Reporting
- Generate HR metrics and reports for management review
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making
- Other Responsibilities
- Lead bi-weekly staff meeting
- Assist in payroll processing
- Identify areas for development, create and execute action plans
- All other duties as assigned
Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR management, or similar
- You possess a SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- You have strong communication skills and an aptitude for learning new things quickly
- You are organized and have the ability to lead and execute multiple projects and programs simultaneously to meet deadlines. Proactive planner and responsive to urgent needs.
- You possess the ability to analyze situations for HR and business risk, and the ability to implement solutions to mitigate such risk
- You are able to discreetly handle confidential data
- You have an aptitude for serving people with excellence and respect; good soft people skills and an ability to appeal to people across all levels of an organization
