JOB PURPOSE:
The Sr HR Analytics Consultant is responsible for gaining a deep understanding of key HR responsibilities and processes, partnering with business customers and the Business Intelligence team to deliver solutions with the purpose of enabling Human Resources to be a more data-driven organization. The Sr HR Analytics Consultant will engage with key HR customers and leaders to define data initiatives, partner with the Piedmont Business Intelligence team to deliver metrics/KPIs, design and deliver strategic and operational dashboards/reports and ad hoc analyses. The Sr HR Analytics Consultant will act as a Product Owner for development and delivery of data-focused projects by partnering with the Business Intelligence team in an agile project framework. The Sr HR Analytics Consultant will be responsible for development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and perform triage of new requests or bugs to determine whether or not Business Intelligence development is required for delivery.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in an analytical field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 5 years of progressive work experience in data-centric roles such as Business Intelligence, business analytics, data warehousing, data acquisition, and/or data architecture.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Proven proficiency with Tableau at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Experience using data to make recommendations to executives and business customers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel including experience using advanced functions and graphs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience working with relational data models, either as a user or developer.
- Experience working in a Human Resources / Recruiting setting, or with applicable data, is preferred.
- Experience multi-entity healthcare provider environment preferred.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Tableau certification preferred
