Responsibilities::Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the Director of Global HR Operations and Talent to lead and facilitate talent management processes for the corporate workforce, including performance reviews, performance management, succession planning, and talent development
- Provide management and direction to a single direct report.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition to ensure office-based roles are appropriately staffed by implementing effective workforce planning processes
- Establishes Human Resources visibility and fosters a positive, trusting relationship with client groups and leadership
- Serves as a liaison between the business and HR centers of excellence, such as talent acquisition, total rewards, and payroll, fostering a consultative, collaborative, and strategically oriented partnership between the business and HR
- Develop HR policies and programs, oversee their communication, implementation, and provide guidance
- Manage special HR-related projects as assigned, offering recommendations and action plans to HR leadership and client groups
- Be the primary point of contact for employee relations and performance management processes within the established client group. This includes tasks such as investigations, performance improvement planning, conflict resolution, and leadership coaching, all aimed at cultivating a culture of accountability
- Ensures a consistent, superior Human Resources delivery experience by continually working towards standardization and optimization of HR processes and practices
- Maintain working knowledge of and complicate with region-specific employment/labor law
- Participate fully in all Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives and safety programs
- Follow Diamond Offshore Global Excellence Management System (G.E.M.S.)
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area from an accredited university
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience in energy industry required, drilling experience strongly preferred
- SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) or PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification is preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
- Travel up to 15% or as required, both internationally and domestically including to offshore rigs
