All about the role:
Are you a dynamic HR professional looking to make ameaningful impact on a global scale? Electrolux, a leading household appliancemanufacturer, is searching for an HR Manager to help drive the implementationof our HR plan and delivery model.
As an HR Manager at Electrolux, you will be at theforefront of our HR strategy implementation, providing leadership andinnovative solutions to our line management team for people and organizationalissues.
What you'll do:
- Ensure plant policies and procedures are aligned with Core Values, communicated effectively and consistently administered.
- Support development and implementation of plant communication strategy.
- Manage the performance management process for salary and hourly merit employees.
- Manage employee welfare programs (health and fitness programs, rewards & recognition, etc.)
- Drive improved HR metrics through gap analysis and action planning (e.g. retention, absenteeism, engagement, etc.).
- Assess need, Design strategy, develop programs, Implement actions and Evaluate effectiveness to build training and performance support tools for associates
- Ensure the salary/hourly hiring and onboarding process is efficient and effective.
- Represent organization at personnel related hearings, legal matters and investigations.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.
Qualificationsrequired:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 6 years experience required in Human Resources management in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous HR Business Partner experience in a Shared Services delivery model preferred

This position will be based at our brand-newmanufacturing campus in Springfield, Tennessee. A $250 Million Investment witha state-of-the-art automation production core.
