Human Resources Manager’s Responsibilities
- Write incident reports
- Onboard new hires and perform terminations when needed
- Ensure adherence to federal and state laws
- Train employees on OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
- Update the employee handbook and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Perform other HR-related duties as needed.
Human Resources Manager’s Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required: A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of HR-related experience is required
- Intermediate to Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS is required
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and excellent written and verbal communications skills are required
