ATI is currently seeking an HR Manager to oversee our facility located in Irvine, CA. As a successful HR Manager, you will manage all Human Resources and employee matters for the site, including employee relations, labor relations, employee engagement, talent development, and applicable policies and procedures, to ensure delivery of a great employee experience and to meet business objectives. This position will serve as a Human Resources business partner and provide functional guidance and project support to ATI operations in Irvine, California. The position will also serve as a member of the Business Unit HR Team and will contribute to broader initiatives and programs.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provides advice and coaching to plant leadership for all Human Resources and employee relations matters and provides technical expertise to all leaders.
- Revises and develops new policies and procedures, as needed, while ensuring compliance to all applicable laws. Works with leaders to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Partners with HR functional experts to ensure that relevant HR programs support the needs of the business.
- Engages with the broader HR team in the creation, development and implementation of Human Resource programs and supporting systems to ensure an integrated approach that is conducive to meeting business objectives.
- Provides for the development and implementation of employee communications.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field.
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience.
Preferred
- Master's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field.

Salary Range:$8,340 - $12,090per month
