In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-dayoperations of the Human Resources Department, while supporting and managing the Human Resources Generalist.
Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Maintain HR systems and processes
You will be successful in this role if you genuinelyenjoy working with people and and have a strong understanding of all human resource functions.
Human Resources Manager Schedule:
- Monday - Friday:8:00am - 5:00pm
Human Resource Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Knowledge in recruiting, compliance, benefits, employee engagement, and safety
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with a diverse team
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Teams, and HRIS systems
