Key Responsibilities:

• Lead talent evaluation and recruitment, shaping our talent pipeline.
• Align HR functions with company goals, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Develop strategies to establish our company as an employer of choice.
• Innovate staffing solutions and participate actively in recruitment.
• Analyze market and industry data to develop effective compensation strategies.
• Manage benefit and wellness programs, optimizing employee understanding and company cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including supervisory roles.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset.
