Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including supervisory roles.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills.
