Job Summary:
Join us as a Human Resources Manager to play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our HR programs, policies, and procedures. You'll ensure regulatory compliance and provide outstanding support to our team, contributing to our positive corporate culture and momentum.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Expertise and Guidance:** Provide expert HR advice, utilizing extensive knowledge of HR programs, company policies, and procedures.
- Program Oversight:** Manage complex HR programs, including salary, benefits, recruitment, employee development, and labor relations.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:** Coordinate and enhance the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Benefits and Leave Administration:** Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and worker's compensation.
- Documentation Management:** Ensure compliance by maintaining the company handbook and mandatory postings.
- Data Analysis:** Analyze HR data and provide insights into program effectiveness.
- Training Coordination:** Oversee training programs, fulfilling OFCCP program needs.
- Compliance and Records:** Maintain records to ensure regulatory compliance.
- HR Support:** Provide daily support and perform various administrative HR tasks.
- Continuous Improvement:** Identify and implement improvements in HR administration.
- Project Engagement:** Lead and participate in HR projects to support organizational development.
- Assist managers in staffing all vacancies and ensure administrative tasks are completed following established guidelines.
- Train management in the application of policies and procedures; assess training needs and coordinate appropriate training sessions.
- Act as an advocate for associates, addressing their issues with management and finding resolution alternatives.
- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application.
- Communicate benefits to new associates and oversee benefits administration.
- Oversee compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) regulations, working closely with the Safety Committee and maintenance team.
- Supervise associates, including staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ADP Workforce and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong detail orientation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR documentation and high-level correspondence.
- Valid driver’s license for HR activities.
