Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and orientation
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Manage employee relations issues effectively, fostering a positive and respectful work environment
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and incorporate them into our HR strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in building and leading HR departments
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred
