Responsibilities: The HR Generalist/Asst. Payroll Coordinator collaborates with colleagues, draws on their professional expertise, considers big picture view and strategic recommendations based on state-of-the-art innovations and automation to implement innovative operational solutions. Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the HR generalist/asst. PAYROLL COORDINATOR provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department; supports HR processes, talent management, HRIS, system automation/upgrades, employee relations, compensation and employee professional learning. Provide support and assistance to the PAYROLL COORDINATOR in the area of payroll, benefits, and other related services to ensure critical business functions can be completed in their absence.
Requirements: Any combination equivalent to: an associate’s degree and (2) years general clerical/assistant experience in Human Resources and payroll
Salary: Based on the 2023-2024 Education Support Professional Salary Schedule $37.46 per hour starting hourly rate (Salary placement is based on related experience); plus insurance and retirement benefits
