Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data management across all HR systems.
- Support the hourly population on-site by resolving inquiries within an accurate and timely manner.
- Manage employee relations as needed.
- Work with leaders and employees to create a positive and contemporary work environment that respects every employee.
- Partner effectively with our HR Centers of excellence in People Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and OT&D
- Partner with hiring manages and Talent Acquisition team on recruiting efforts.
- Evaluated and updated job postings, guaranteeing a detailed representation of role responsibilities, requirements, and qualifications.
- Initiated process to automate several onboarding tasks, streamlining processes and increasing new hire satisfaction.
- Support process improvement projects by helping to identify recurring issues and by recommending changes.
- Drive engagement and development of our employees
- Partner with Center of excellence to address any pay related concerns.
- Act as central point of contact for system support for managers and employees
- Ability to investigate, research, and troubleshoot complex scenarios driving to resolution.
- Promote a diverse and inclusion environment within the assigned groups.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college plus 3 years of experience as an HR coordinator or relevant HR experience (or a high school diploma with plus 6 years of experience as an HR coordinator or relevant HR experience)
- General knowledge of an HRIS system, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English language
