Job Description Qualifications:
The Boeing Company's Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) organization within Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking exceptional talent for a Human Resources Generalist role. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including: Senior Specialists and Subject Matter Experts to find the best fit for this position. DAS is a global, dynamic software organization largely consisting of several subsidiaries.
This role will partner with Human Resources (HR) functions, Strategic Alliances, HR Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Finance, and business leaders to provide strategic alignment, guidance and manage the overall DAS HR end-to-end life cycle for strategic alliances, transactions, and subsidiary integrations.
This hybrid opportunity reports directly to the DAS Human Resources Director and can be based in any of the following locations: Auburn, WA; Everett, WA; Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Tukwila, WA; El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; Englewood, CO; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Jacksonville, FL; Austin, TX; Plano, TX; San Antonio, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; or Chicago, IL.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR business partner support to DAS Strategic Alliances organization including Organizational Design, Strategy and Workforce planning, and Compensation Strategy
- Guide leaders through execution of core people processes (Talent Acquisition, Annual Compensation Review, Talent Management and Performance Management)
- Partner with leaders on DAS strategic alliances transactions, support negotiations strategy and strategic integration planning, advise on organizational and HR considerations, partner on HR due diligence reviews with HR M&A team
- Develop, implement and iterate on DAS subsidiary integration philosophy, processes and practices
- Define detailed DAS integration plans and manage implementation of those end-to-end plans for existing (NFIS) and new acquisitions and subsidiaries
- Partner with executive and management teams to drive organizational strategic projects and initiatives including full life-cycle talent management, strategic skills planning and development, workforce planning and pipeline development, and global workforce expansion; as well has helping to mature the organizational culture
- Provide guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies through relationship building, communication and intentional operating rhythms
- Deliver key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
- Fully leverage data and predictive "people" analytics to drive insight that support the business
- Lead various DAS level projects that tie to the DAS Strategic People Plan

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of strong customer service and employee experience
- 3+ years of experience providing HR support to Senior Level Executives and teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience providing HR support to global and/or matrixed teams
- 1+ years supporting a large software organization
- 1+ years of M&A and integration experience
- 1+ year of global benefits experience and/or experience developing competitive compensation strategies to attract critical talent
- 1+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with a high-impact communication style
Typical Education & Experience:
Senior (Level 4)
Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Subject Matter Expert (Level 5)
Typically 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $96,050 - $150,650
Summary pay range Subject Matter Expert (Level 5): $119,000 - $186,300
