Location: Bergey's Corporate Office, Souderton PA (This is a non-remote position)
Pay: Hourly Rate $24-$28 per hour based on experience
Summary:
The HR Admin will support the Human Resources team by completing a variety of tasks.
Essential Duties:
- Answers the HR Hotline in a timely manner and assists Bergey’s team members.
- Answer questions from team members about benefits, policies, attendance, and other pertinent information.
- Prepare required paperwork for team members under guidance of HR management.
- Complete termination paperwork and schedule exit interviews.
- Prepare and update basic human resource reports and spreadsheets.
- Scanning information into UKG Document Manager.
- Records all Disciplinary notes and forms.
- Assists with recruiting functions.
- Helps to prepare materials for career fairs.
- Performs monthly HR Billing
- Assists with conducting exit interviews.
- Files HR materials.
- Assists with Service Awards.
- Creates Job Descriptions.
- Checking and Delivering Mail daily around the corporate office.
- Assists with Open Enrollment.
- Assists with Biometric Screening.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
- Technically Savvy – having a good knowledge of technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Analytical skills – possesses the ability to collect information and to thoroughly analyze it.
- Interpersonal skills – possesses strong communication, active listening skills and the ability to work collaborativley within a team environment.
- Microsoft Office Suite – Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience with Kronos or UKG is preferred.
