Call: 24-hour call once week plus Weekend call – every 6th weekend (Friday 7am-Sunday 10 pm)

Inpatient: Coverage of L&D, Surgical cases
Outpatient: Mix of OB, Annuals, GYN problems, procedures
Supporting staff: Triage nurse, 1 MA
Schedule: Mix inpatient and outpatient
Volume: approx 24 patients (clinic)
Facility utilizes 20-minute appointment slots for all appt types. Can assume full schedule immediately
Required:
DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
Current Flu Vaccine
Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
