Job Description
The position is at a tech company. We are looking for an HR Generalist Lead who will report to the Director of Human Resources and work on the HR team. In this job, you will lead programs and work streams that provide an excellent employee experience, as well as help HR leadership with employee-related strategies.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end design and implementation of complete onboarding programs for new employees.
- Collaborate with the Information Technology team to develop an accurate and consistent staff communication flow.
- HRIS experience, data quality and integrity, and the capacity to teach people in HR operations.
- Evaluate, create, and execute comprehensive procedures for delivering essential HR services across the employee lifecycle to applicants, workers, and people managers.
- Provide insights through data and surveys - Share insights from quantitative and qualitative data as needed to drive prioritization and strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership in HR program management, yearly planning, prioritizing, and HR service delivery throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or a similar discipline.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR positions, with an emphasis on HRIS administration, workflow management, and onboarding program design.
- Strong understanding of HRIS platforms, such as ADP and BambooHR, including configuration and reporting options.
- Extensive expertise creating and implementing successful onboarding programs.
- A thorough awareness of HR rules, processes, and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $85k to $105k annually
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
