- -Three years of Human Resources experience supporting the employee life cycle.
- -A combination of education and experience demonstrating knowledge and skill set of supporting the employee life cycle may be considered in lieu of three years of HR experience, but at least one year of direct experience in HR is necessary.
- -Demonstrated experience working with culturally & linguistically diverse communities
- -Intermediate computer skills using word processing, spreadsheets, reporting, and email.
- -Experience using the Administrator-level user role with ADP Workforce Now
- -Written and spoken fluency in Spanish
- -Able to pass a comprehensive criminal history background investigation
- -Occasional traveling between program locations, administrative office, and community events with notice.
