Job Description
The Human Resource Generalist will perform a wide range of Human Resources services, including assisting with administering Human resources programs, policies and practices, assist with recruitment , onboarding and offboarding tasks, payroll support and various other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- MAssists with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Assists HR Team with new employee onboarding/orientation/ compliance training/ I-9 documentation.
- Assists with recruitment - Sourcing , scheduling interviews, offer letters and new hire set ups.
- Conducts background checks, references, and employment eligibility.
- Maintains employee personnel files and records.
- maintains employee badge system.
- Conducts exit interviews and provides recommendations to management.
- Reviews, organizes, and documents compliance with mandatory/non-mandatory training.
- Participates in the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Provides support to employees in HR-related queries and resolves any issue.
- Provides assistance and support with payroll processing.
- Provides support during annual performance management process.
- Gathers and analyzes data for various reports/audits as requested.
- Prepares and submits reports and audits on general HR activity.
- Enhances job satisfaction and engagement by resolving issues promptly.
- Keeps up to date with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, compliance requirements, and the latest HR trends and best practices. Includes posting updated labor posters.
Requirements
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources
Minimum Bachelors Degree
