About This Opportunity
FPA is currently searching for a full-time HR Generalist for our Wall Township, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have broad-based, hands-on experience.

Core Responsibilities
- Works closely with CEO, COO and Manager of Employee Development on strategic initiatives.
- Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding all new associates for all positions. Ensures positions are posted internally, externally and to job boards, etc. Screens, coordinates, and conducts interviews with management, as needed.
- Responsible for record keeping related to new hires, employee reviews, separations, etc.
- Assists in the creating and evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.
- Support and address all employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
- Ensures compliance with company HR guidelines, corporate guidelines as well as state (NJ, PA, GA,) and federal laws.
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends.
- Coordinate and attend college career fairs.
- Administers, monitors, and provides counsel on mid-year and annual performance review program, in a timely and consistent manner, to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and standardization within the organization.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 to 7+ years of experience working in an HR Generalist role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources and its disciplines.
- HR Certification: PHR, SPHR, similar (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Deltek and other people systems (HRIS) knowledge (preferred, but not mandatory)
