SUMMARY
Under limited supervision, provide administrative work performing a variety of functions in the Human Resources Department, including but not limited to the areas of recruitment, training, benefits administration, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance. Work is performed with discretion and initiative in carrying out department objectives efficiently and effectively under general supervision of the Assistant Human Resources Director.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field and two (2) years of progressive experience in Human Resources or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
