We are seeking a dedicated Additive Manufacturing Technician to operate and maintain advanced industrial 3D printing equipment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual who enjoys tinkering and has a knack for problem-solving in a dynamic team environment. This role involves day-to-day operations with large industrial robotics, overseeing the Additive Manufacturing process, maintaining equipment, and supporting our engineering team through documentation and basic diagnostics. With a focus on large-format 3D printing, the technician will be responsible for the upkeep of consumable items and ensuring the smooth execution of our Additive Manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate large-scale industrial 3D printing equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct basic diagnostic tests and provide technical support to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with team members to execute projects and achieve collective goals.
• Follow detailed instructions and provide feedback to enhance processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for operations and machine maintenance.
• Utilize manual and power tools to support equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Apply technical, mechanical, or material experience to improve system operations.
• Engage in metal Additive Manufacturing processes with an emphasis on quality.
• Be willing to work flexible shifts, including 1st and 2nd shifts, to meet production needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to both give and receive direction.
• Relevant technical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or mechanical field.
• Familiarity with metal Additive Manufacturing and machine operation.
• Capability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on complex machinery.
• Previous experience with welding is highly advantageous.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a results-driven approach to tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to various shifts and schedules.

Experience Level:

Open to hiring individuals with a range of experience, from entry-level to senior professionals.
