Responsibilities:
- Manage the employee life cycle, from onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies.
Experience:
-Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, data input, analysis, payroll support, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Must have initiative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
