The primary purpose of the Human Resources Director is to process, validate, and submit accurate time records and maintain the HR database. Other duties include screening and interviewing applicants, processing new hire paperwork, maintaining personnel records, and coaching and assisting managers in addressing problems and concerns with staff.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an effective, organized, efficient payroll system to meet the needs of the facility
- Implement written policies and procedures that govern human resource functions of the facility
- Prepare and submit accurate, complete payroll reports on a timely basis
- Verify employment data and backgrounds on job applicants
- Enter into the HRIS system all employment data, payroll, and personal information required
- Assist in orienting new employees
- Maintain PTO balances and FMLA information
Qualifications:
- Over a year’s previous Human Resources and Payroll experience
