Our Headquarters based in White Plains is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing the Human Resources department with administrative support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

General HR

• Employee file maintenance
• Employee verifications
• Employee new hire check-in's 
• Benefits & Wellness initiatives
• On-boarding of new hires; documents, offer letters, background checks, etc.
• Off-boarding of employees
• Recruiting assistance for Warehouse & Driver positions
• Winter lay-off program
• Reporting

Manage/Administer Company Property

• Work with IT Dept. when new hires need cell phones.
• Ordering/Termination of company credit cards, company fuel cards
• Account maintenance of EZ Pass account.
• Adding any company property assigned to employee profile in Paycom.

Miscellaneous Projects/ Responsibilities as Required.

• HQ Celebrations
• Year-end holiday party (company-wide).
• White Plains/ Headquarters Holiday celebrations
• HR & Payroll mailings
• Administration of company store milestones

Requirements For The Role:

• Must have a can-do, customer service first attitude.
• Prior HR experience a plus and/or degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and goal oriented.
• Able to work independently, prioritize workloads, manage multiple responsibilities and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Commitment to the company’s mission and its core values.
• Excellent communication skills.

Wage Range: $24.00/hour – $34.00/hour and additional benefits. In compliance with applicable law, this range is a good faith estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
