HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Starting salary $55,000 - $60,000 w/ an excellent benefits package.
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources professional, adept at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with diverse workgroups and individuals. This key staff member will support employee recruitment and onboarding, benefits and claims administration, training and development, records management and employee relations.
Coordinates hiring process, including ad placement, candidate review, scheduling and coordination of interviews, background checks, orientations and benefits enrollment. Supports employee relations, and educates staff regarding Town policies, procedures and benefits. Plans, coordinates and facilitates group functions, such as benefits events, safety and wellness clinics and employee recognition events.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills, bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Mgt., Business Mgt., or related field, and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
