Overview
The Department of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. You will support the Talent Acquisition team in a fast paced, high volume work environment performing a variety of tasks including screening candidates, posting jobs, sourcing, working with candidates, creating engaging social media posts, and supporting our overall recruitment strategy.
This role will provide a great opportunity to develop skills and build a solid foundation for advancement in an HR/Talent Acquisition focused career.
We are looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through, ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, positive energy, well-developed people skills, and the ability to stay organized while balancing the team's priorities.

Environmental Factors
Duties are performed primarily in a standard office setting. Some travel may be required, for which private means of transportation must be available. Some work outside of normal office hours may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) or more years of experience in human resources OR providing administrative support including customer service.
OR
Completion of an internship related to human resources or business operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a staffing, recruiting, or other human resource role.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Experience with social media and recruitment marketing.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent customer service skills.
College coursework or an earned degree.
