- Plans and coordinates classification and compensation, recruitment, benefits, and retirement.
- Counsels and advises managers and employees in Human Resources functions.
- Organizes new employee orientation.
- Serves as time and leave administrator for the Center. Issues FMLA paperwork. Assists supervisors with worker's compensation paperwork.
- Assists supervisors with employee disciplinary and performance issues. Participates in face-to-face meetings with employees as needed or requested.
- Oversees the Center's EPMS process.
- Assists the Executive Director in the processing of contracts to state office. Routes contracts for approval and ensures accuracy of contract content. Tracks contract routing process and assists with expediting contracts as needed.
- Manages the daily and after-hours schedule for Community Crisis Response and Intervention ensuring all slots are covered.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
Agency Minimum Requirements:A bachelor's degree and relevant experience. Knowledge of human resource information systems. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to communicate effectively. Must have a valid driver's license.

Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in applying and interpreting a variety of policies and procedures. Ability to direct and advise technical staff members.Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus.
