HR Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment of international H2-B employees
- Ensure qualified applicants are interviewed by department managers and feedback is recorded
- Process new hires and update data accordingly
- Assist with orientation when needed
- Manage housing occupancy list, assign roommates, and maintain records
- Administration of employee uniforms
- Process purchase orders as needed
- Ensure policies and procedures are consistent and fair
- Advise senior management of developing morale/relations issues
- Assist in hosting staff gatherings monthly
- Special projects
- Attend weekly meetings
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily deposits and prepare for pickup
- Audit employee banks and safes
- Provide change to employees with banks as needed
- Manage vendors and gather invoices
- Administration in all aspects of invoicing
- Process purchase requests to include facilitating purchase orders
- Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable
- Prepare check runs
- Maintain filing systems
- Special projects
- Attend weekly meetings
