Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports and works directly with the Talent Acquisition team and HR to oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment of attorney, law student, law clerk, co-op, legal staff, and business support positions in the firm’s U.S. offices, from candidate sourcing and interviews to onboarding and orientation. This role is based in Greenville, SC.
Essential Functions / Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate drafting, posting, and managing employment advertisement of attorney, law student, co-op, intern, and staff positions, both internally and externally, via the firm’s career page and other source options as applicable (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, University Career Portals, etc.).
- Manage applicant tracking, sourcing, review, and referral to Talent Acquisition Manager, ensuring applicants meet position requirements.
- Sources candidates, through various platforms, to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Screen staff applicants via resume review and initial phone interviews. Provide recommendations for next steps.
- Responsible for reference and background check completion, offer letter preparation.
- Support new hire paperwork initiation, and new hire orientation.
- Assist with tracking Talent Acquisition data and reporting metrics to Talent Acquisition Manager and other leaders.
- Assist with scheduling candidate interviews (phone screenings, video conferences, and in-person meetings). Manage logistics for in-person interviews, including setting up conference rooms and greeting candidates prior to interviews.
- Maintain recruiting database/applicant tracking system.
- Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing related to recruiting expenses.
- Help to coordinate events and programming for the Summer Program, Co-ops, and interns.
- Support lateral attorney immersion program logistics.
- Drives staff candidate discussions and helps hiring managers reach the best conclusions. Manages candidate lifecycle timelines to secure top talent quickly.
- Supports procedures for improving the candidate experience.
- Identifies bottlenecks in the recruiting processes and recommends solutions.
Education
Associate’s degree in business administration, communications, human resources or relevant field.

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role in full-cycle recruiting
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Excellent communicator
- Well-organized
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Project management skills strongly preferred
