- Use Activity Vector Analysis assessment tool to help customers effectively hire and develop personnel in their organizations
- Be a thought leader on best practices for recruiting top talent and share this expertise with clients. Understand the most effective recruiting methods for clients’ common open positions
- Create success profiles for clients to document job duties and knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Write job ads to attract top talent
- Create and conduct hiring related training including: sourcing best practices, engaging top candidates, and interviewing methodologies
- Seek out opportunities to be a thought leader on Human Resources topics impacting a client’s business.
- Assist dealers with their Human Resources challenges by developing a clear and complete understanding of their needs and delivering appropriate solutions
- Conduct research related to Human Resources and business/technology trends affecting our dealers. Incorporate these findings into current and future PathShare solutions
- Develop Human Resources and /or technical subject matter expertise and use this knowledge to create and deliver webinars and newsletters
- Serve as a back up for customer service training
- Follow the GreatAmerica sales process to identify customer opportunities and close PathShare business
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and well thought out solutions for each customer
- Seek input from sales representatives to identify customer trends as well as unique customer challenges
- Educate sales representatives on how to identify Human Resources related needs and implement solutions to common issues
- Stay abreast of Human Resources and industry trends to provide innovative solutions for customers
- Maintain accurate records to invoice and collect for Human Resources consulting services
- Participate in the Entrepreneurial Operating System for PathShare team
- Is in attendance during business hours with minimal absences per GreatAmerica’s attendance policy. This includes attendance for work out of town that requires work during nights and weekends. This position will require travel up to 30%
- Live the GreatAmerica principles; involved in cross functional team efforts as assigned or required
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years Human Resources and / or client facing customer experience.

Other Requirements
- Knowledge and expertise in Human Resources or recruiting to support our dealers hiring and training efforts highly desired
- SPHR or PHR certification desired; otherwise, willingness to work toward certification required
- Must possess excellent problem-solving skills to understand the unique needs of each customer and implement innovative solutions
- Must possess strong communication skills including listening, speaking and writing
- Must feel comfortable interacting with business owners and c-level personnel to help guide Human Resources decisions for their organizations
