Animal Dermatology Group (ADG) is the largest veterinary dermatology business in the U.S., providing the highest quality of specialty care to pets with acute and chronic skin conditions. ADG has over 45 primary and satellite practice locations in 15 States. With over 80 doctors supporting the ADG medical team, they strive to lead in clinical practice, research and education in our field. In additional to providing advanced, dermatology specialized care to patients and supporting general practice veterinarians in our geographic service areas, ADG participates in drug/product development and clinical trials. ADG also has the largest dermatology residency program approved by the American College of Veterinary Dermatology to support the training of the next generation of dermatologists.

Requirements
Human Resources Business Partner Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate between supporting operational teams.
• Support recruitment by posting job ads, screening resumes and interviewing applicants.
• Assists in payroll preparation by reviewing time sheets, addressing missing entries and pending time off requests, responding to inquiries, etc.
• Maintains and monitors record databases.
• Maintains practice management user information in conjunction with the Integrations team.
• Assists in administration of various employee benefit programs by advising employees of eligibility, providing application information, assisting with enrollment and declination questions, verifying submission of enrollments, and confirming enrollments with employees.
• Reconciles invoices for various benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, and other carriers.
• Assists in ensuring timely reports and evaluations.
• Create reports for senior management.
• Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
• Accomplishes Human Resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and/or work equivalent
• One year of Human Resources support experience
• Experience with payroll management software
• Microsoft suite experience
• Familiarity with labor laws

Salary Description
$67,000 - $75,000 / year
