The Good Feet Store team is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the day-to-day operations of our organization. JOB SUMMUARY: The Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible for providing a wide range of Human Resources Support and guidance. The HRBP will perform both administrative and strategic planning duties including, benefits, employees' relations, learning and development and Human Resources incentives. The HRBP will work with other departments to help bridge Human Resources initiatives and business strategic goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Administer various Human Resources programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, discipline; recognition and retention, training and development.
•Implement and administer employee policies, providing policy guidance and interruption to employees and supervisors
•Conduct employee disciplinary meetings
•Prepare and maintain employee files ensuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality.
•Support District Managers and Store Managers with personnel guidance.
•Provide training and technical support for use of all HR systems. Create required and requested reports.
•Assist in analyzing training and development needs for the organization with the goals of compliance, improving morale, and increasing productivity and retention.
•Assist in identifying HR trends and concerns; assist in compiling data analysis reports.
•Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goal and strategy related to staffing, recruiting and retention.
•Serve as back-up to processing biweekly + commissions payroll

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
•Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or similar experience
•5+ years of Human Resource experience, with strong knowledge base of recruitment, payroll, employee relations and employee engagement.
•Working knowledge and understanding of general Human resources best practices
•Strong knowledge base of recruitment, payroll, employee relations and employee engagement.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
