In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing and enhancing the Employee Benefits function for a respected client in the human services industry. Your primary responsibilities will include the administration of health, dental, prescription, life insurance, retirement plans, and voluntary insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Benefits Administration for all Employee Benefits
• Coordinate and fulfill all proper enrollment activities throughout the year.
• Complete and oversee all 403B plan participants.
• Process Worker’s Compensation claims
• Maintain and monitor all NYS Unemployment files and documents
• Reconcile billing related to benefits, as needed
• Support other HR team members, as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Human Resources and Benefits Administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
• Experience in various HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce
• Experience with Microsoft, particularly Excel and Word.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
