rEvolution is seeking a Talent & HR Associate to join our growing team. In this role, reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will provide operational & administrative support to the Human Resources team. You will also have the opportunity to learn by working on cross functional projects.
You Will:
- Deliver tactical support to drive the transactional HR aspects of cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Effectively manage onboarding and offboarding processes based on rEvolution goals
- Support Talent Acquisition in internship recruiting, completing reference checks and background checks, etc.
- Provide initial response to unemployment claims, ensuring all state deadlines are met
- Partner with the Payroll and Benefits on operational and administrative related tasks
You Have:
- 1+ year of experience in a HR related role
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong technical skills and aptitude (Excel, reporting in various systems, etc.)
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize, organize, meet deadlines, analyze data, and complete projects and assignments with minimal supervision
This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office but has a global reach
