Form of workEmpath Health is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team.
The Human Resources Assistant:
- Supports the Human Resources department primarily in the areas of HRIS data input, termination and transfer processing, compliance tracking and general office functions.
Position Requirements:
- Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Some college level studies in healthcare or related field preferred and at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have computer experience in Microsoft Office programs, with emphasis on Excel and communication through Outlook. Experience with scanning software, specialized database software, credentialing systems and HRIS preferred.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent organizational skills with high level of attention to detail.
- Must exhibit professionalism, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to work as a team player and independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate adaptability to change.
